Thank you for your comment, Kimberly - and sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I have been down with a bug and then travelling. As the London member of the committee I would quite like to try the wine, so cannot encourage Julian to take up your suggestion, I fear ;-). I have a Gutedel here, which I am curious to try, and would be even more curious to explore a Ziereisen Chardonnay. Maybe Julian can add that to the list of one of our next committee meetings...
