Sounds quite delicious! My experience with beerenauslese and trockenbeerenauslese is still rather limited, something I hope to rectify the next time I'm in Germany. Incidentally, I was at Frog's Leap in the Napa Valley the other day, and discovered that they make a "frogenbeerenauslese". I was rather amused. :)
